¹ The Graduex will work and execute its operations through its Executive Council headed by the Director.

² The Director of Graduex shall be the Ex-Officio member and may preside, all the sessions of Academic Council, or nominate a Chairperson among all deans of the schools. The Academic Council shall comprise on the Director of Graduex, Deans of School and Head of Departments (being non-voting members) while the Director shall Appoint/Nominate a Registrar of the Graduex who will act as the Secretary of the Academic Council.
