The Learners must possess:
1. Relevant NQF/QCF/RQF Level 3 Award/Diploma or at the level of GCE/GCSE or any equivalent qualification or
2. Work experience of 2 years or more in case you do not hold any formal qualification and
3. Learner must be 18 years or older at the beginning of the course

The Qualifi Level 4 Diploma in Law consists of 4 mandatory units for a combined total of 120 credits, 1200 hours Total Qualification Time (TQT) and 480 Guided Learning Hours (GLH) for the completed qualification.
Fundamentals of Education and Training
This module provides a foundational understanding of the principles and theories of education and training. You will explore the role of the educator, the learning process, and the factors that influence learning.
Design of Education and Training Resources
This module focuses on the development of effective education and training resources, including learning materials, instructional strategies, and assessment tools. You will learn to analyze learning needs, design engaging learning experiences, and evaluate the effectiveness of training materials.
Engaging Learners
This module explores strategies for creating engaging and effective learning environments. You will learn to motivate learners, facilitate active learning, and use a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.
Developing a Work Plan
This module covers the process of planning and managing education and training programs. You will learn to set clear objectives, develop detailed work plans, and monitor progress to ensure the successful delivery of training programs.
Programme Evaluation in Education and Training
This module introduces the principles and methods of evaluating education and training programs. You will learn to collect and analyze data, assess the impact of training, and use evaluation findings to improve future programs.
Professional Development and Reflective Practice
This module focuses on the importance of continuous professional development and reflective practice. You will learn to identify your own professional development needs, reflect on your teaching practice, and seek opportunities for ongoing learning and improvement.

Learners completing the Qualifi Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training can progress to:
1. a Qualifi Level 5 qualification;
2. Qualifi Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training;
3. into employment in an associated profession.
